We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via our email. We will issue a dispatch confirmation when your order has been sent from our warehouse. 

We offer no quibble refunds less the P&P charge within the first 14 working days of receipt as long as goods received in the same condition they were sent. YES you can have a refund as long as the item is returned within 14 days from receipt brand new and unworn with all labels & tags intact.

Returns postage is the responsibility of the user unless the item is faulty. Please contact us if this is the case, we suggest purchasing a tracked delivery service to return the items. Make sure you keep your postage certificate as well as proof, in case you’re returned parcel goes missing.

Refunds are usually made the day we receive your item as long as it is received within our returns timescale. Returns received on a Saturday will be processed on Monday. Your refund can take several days to appear on your statement which is totally dependent on your card issuer and out of our control.
